BridgeGaps Residential Care provides exceptional support for adults with a broad spectrum of low to medium level support needs. These needs may include substance misuse, physical impairments, mental health, learning disability and challenging behaviours.

Our support services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual and can be delivered 24/7 or on a floating support basis, depending on their requirements. Our ultimate goal is to empower each person to reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life.
